Marc J. Wexler, Chief Operating Officer
Marc J. Wexler is Chief Operating Officer at Equity Industrial Partners Corp., where he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations, including property, facilities and construction management, acquisitions due diligence, lender relations, IT and human resources. Marc joined the company in June,
2014 and was previously employed at Southworth Development LLC, Sawyer Realty Holdings LLC, Brownfields Recovery Corporation
and Northland Investment Corporation. He has been responsible for a full range of activities for over 22 million square feet of commercial property, as well as asset management, acquisition, disposition and/or financing assignments for over 35,000 multifamily units. He is an Instructor at Boston University Metropolitan College and an Adjunct Lecturer in the Graduate Studies Program at Babson College. Marc holds the Certified Commercial-Investment Member (CCIM) designation of the National Association of Realtors, the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and is a member of IREM, the CCIM Institute, the National and Massachusetts Associations of Realtors and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, as well as numerous community organizations. Marc holds a B.A. degree from Boston University and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Chicago.
W. Hunter Emerson, Partner
As a Partner at EIP, Hunter Emerson oversees all leasing carried out by the company. He has more than twenty years experience supervising property management, negotiating lease agreements and facilitating client and tenant relations.
Prior to joining EIP, Hunter was a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, New England’s commercial brokerage group where he was a participant in over 300 completed transactions totaling more than 6.7 million square feet in the Greater Boston real estate market. From 1988 to 1994, Hunter was a Leasing/Operations Officer for Cummings Properties Management, Inc., where he leased and managed over 3 million square feet of office, industrial and R&D space, and negotiated more than 250 lease transactions. He is a graduate of St. Lawrence University and a current member of NAIOP.
GREGORY P. KING, CFO
As CFO, Greg oversees the company's financial and operational functions, including the accounting, internal and external reporting, budgeting, tax planning and compliance, property and asset management, and treasury functions. He is also involved in acquisition due diligence, financing, and debt and equity structuring, and other capital events.
Greg has over two decades of experience in a variety of senior real estate financial management positions, including; a public REIT, an institutional advisor, a Fortune 500 financial services company, and both local and institutional owners and developers. In these roles, which include Fidelity Investments, AMB Property Corp, Allmerica (formerly State Mutual Insurance) and the Mayo Group, Greg's area of responsibility encompassed strategic planning, debt and equity structuring, asset and portfolio management, valuations, reporting, and the establishment of policies and procedures. Greg began his career with PriceWaterhouse Coopers as an auditor, and has been active in the NCREIF and NAREIM organizations. He is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts where he received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, and is licensed as a CPA in the State of Massachusetts, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
