Donald Levine, Principal
Donald Levine is a Principal and Co-Founder of EIP and has over 40 years of commercial real estate experience.
Donald's real estate career began in 1960 when, as President and CEO of Buy Rite Company, one of the nation's largest insurance salvage companies, he sought 40,000 square feet of expansion space. In the process, Donald identified, purchased, re-configured and re-leased a 500,000 square foot former Haffenrefer Brewery in New England. The success of the transaction lead to a distinguished career, culminating in the formation and growth of EIP into a national real estate company.

Bruce Levine, Principal
Bruce Levine joined EIP as Principal in April 2007 and has over 24 years of commercial real estate experience. Upon joining EIP, Bruce helped coordinate the disposition of the $525 million property portfolio to Hackman Capital. Bruce is currently working on the acquisition of 7 million square feet of property to satisfy more than $350M in 1031 Exchanges.
Previously, Bruce served as partner at CB Richard Ellis New England where he closed on more than 500 commercial real estate and industrial transactions worth over $1 billion and totaling more than 15 million square feet. Bruce is a member of NAIOP and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.

Lewis Heafitz, Principal
Lewis Heafitz is a Principal and Co-Founder of EIP. Lewis entered the real estate industry in the 1960s, following a position at Citicorp, to work as Vice President at Hunneman Co., and later as Partner at C.W. Whittier. Thereafter, Lewis founded his own industrial and commercial development company Heafitz Development Co., Inc. that developed millions of square feet of corporate real estate and industrial parks for clients such as Digital Equipment, Lechmere, Citibank, Marriott, Shaw's, Xerox, Johnson & Johnson, Nike, Reebok, Wang, Data General, Serono, BJ's, Sears, and Dunkin Donuts.
A graduate of the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, Lewis is an executive committee member at the Samuel Zell/Robert Lurie Real Estate Center at Wharton, a board member of NAIOP, and a member of SIOR.

Neal Shalom, Principal
Neal Shalom is a Principal and Co-Founder of EIP. Neil began his real estate career in 1980 with a focus on residential rehabilitation and commercial brokerage. In 1983 he founded his own commercial development company Newmarket Properties, Ltd., that developed and acquired factory outlet and traditional retail shopping centers throughout New England. Neal also founded Waterstone Retail, Inc. and has developed or acquired more than 30 shopping centers on the East Coast over the course of his career.
